Use this target at 25m and 50m. Shoot different postions across each row with a physical activity between each shot. The top dot with an X is for finding your hold at this range so you don't have to hold during the drill.
Ex. stage your rifle and equipment 25m from the target.
-sprint 25m to the target board and back to the gun, immediately get into the prone position and fire on the first dot
-repeat the sprint
-shoot the second dot from a kneeling supported position off the side of a barricade (left side)
-repeat the sprint
-shoot the third dot from a standing supported position off a barricade
-repeat the sprint
-shoot the final dot from a kneeling supported position off the side of a barricade (right side)
